How to login to Shopify to access BatchBrew
You access BatchBrew through your Shopify admin.
Login to Shopify admin
Go to the Shopify Login page.
Enter your email address and password, and click Log in
You might be prompted to enter your authentication code if you have two-factor authentication enabled.
Select BatchBrew from your apps
Tip: You can pin BatchBrew so it's always visible in the admin sidebar.
Login directly to BatchBrew
You can also login directly to BatchBrew from the BatchBrew login page.
Go to the BatchBrew Login page.
Enter your store myshopify.com domain (this will end with
myshopify.com)Tap Sign in
If you are already signed in to Shopify your browser will be redirected automatically to BatchBrew inside your Shopify admin.
If you aren't already signed in Shopify will prompt you to sign in using your regular Shopify account email address and password.
Ensure you are using the myshopify.com domain for your store.
Troubleshooting
If you can't see BatchBrew in your Shopify admin
If you have multiple Shopify stores check you have the correct store selected.
BatchBrew can be installed on multiple stores but will only be visible in your Shopify admin for stores where you have already installed it.
You can change to a different store with with store switcher.
If you are not the store owner
Ask the store owner to check if your account can access apps. See Shopify Support: Managing Staff for more information on reviewing staff permissions.
If you can't login to Shopify
Shopify provides a support article on recovering your login details.
Contact Shopify Support if you have trouble logging into your Shopify admin account.
If you see a white screen when opening BatchBrew
Log out of admin and back in again.
If you are still having trouble contact BatchBrew support.
