How to login to Shopify to access BatchBrew

You access BatchBrew through your Shopify admin.

Go to the Shopify Login page.
Enter your email address and password, and click Log in
1. You might be prompted to enter your authentication code if you have two-factor authentication enabled.
Select BatchBrew from your apps
- Tip: You can pin BatchBrew so it's always visible in the admin sidebar.

You can also login directly to BatchBrew from the BatchBrew login page.

Go to the BatchBrew Login page.
Enter your store myshopify.com domain (this will end with myshopify.com)
Tap Sign in
If you are already signed in to Shopify your browser will be redirected automatically to BatchBrew inside your Shopify admin.
- If you aren't already signed in Shopify will prompt you to sign in using your regular Shopify account email address and password.
- Ensure you are using the myshopify.com domain for your store.

Troubleshooting

If you have multiple Shopify stores check you have the correct store selected.
- BatchBrew can be installed on multiple stores but will only be visible in your Shopify admin for stores where you have already installed it.
- You can change to a different store with with store switcher.
If you are not the store owner
- Ask the store owner to check if your account can access apps. See Shopify Support: Managing Staff for more information on reviewing staff permissions.
