    How long does it take to resort a product in a collection? About a minute. 🚀 BatchBrew receives product inventory changes as they happen. Once the product is sold out BatchBrew will resort the collection and move the product to the end. Resorting larger collections take longer, so allow a few minutes for these.

    Can I exclude a product from being sorted last? Yes, you can use product tags to exclude a product from being resorted. See Preventing a product from being sorted for more information.

    What sort of collections can BatchBrew sort? BatchBrew can only sort collections set to manual sorting. Shopify doesn't allow apps to sort collections that have their own sort order configured (such as collections sorted by Best Seller). To change a collection to be manually sorted see the Shopify Help: Collection Layout and Appearance

    Why doesn't the order in BatchBrew match my store? Moving a product's position inside a collection doesn't trigger an update to apps, so BatchBrew won't know about the new product position. BatchBrew will automatically sync the current product sort order for each collection once an hour.
